Privacy Policy
Predigy Inc.
This Privacy Policy describes how Predigy Inc. (“Predigy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with our public website at www.predigy.com (the “Site”), including demo, contact, and VIP-apply forms and related marketing communications.
Who we are
Predigy Inc. is a Nevada corporation formed January 14, 2026, with its headquarters at 887 Marsh Avenue, Reno, NV 89509. We are a technology vendor to licensed gaming operators. Our public products are EDGE, Predigy Edge, SkillCast, Turf Trade, and TradeShield. Predigy Edge is a binary-bet / prediction-style sports-wagering engine that bolts onto a licensed operator’s existing sportsbook. TradeShield is optional loss-protection rebate technology licensed to operators for sports binary bets. Predigy does not sell insurance to the public and does not contract with patrons for TradeShield.
This Site is operator-facing only. It is for licensed gaming operators and industry visitors. It is not a consumer sportsbook and not a CFTC event-contract venue. Predigy Edge is Non CFTC related. Predigy Edge is not a CFTC exchange or designated contract market (DCM).
Predigy does not hold patrons, funds, KYC, or AML. The licensed operator does. We do not accept wagers, process player payments, or collect player KYC on these pages.
Scope
This policy covers the Predigy website, demo and contact forms, VIP-apply forms, and related marketing communications. It does not cover licensed operators’ sportsbooks, patron accounts, or wagering. Those are governed by the operator’s own privacy notices, licenses, and house rules.
A VIP area on the Site, if present, is a local showroom lock for confidential briefing material. It is not a server account, player account, or wagering account. We do not collect wagers, payments, or player KYC through the Site.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us and limited technical data generated when you visit the Site.
From demo, contact, and VIP-apply forms. When you request a demo, apply for a briefing, or otherwise contact us, we collect name, company, title, work email, phone number, notes or messages you send, and product interest (for example, EDGE, Predigy Edge, SkillCast, Turf Trade, or TradeShield). We use this information only to follow up on your inquiry and evaluate operator interest. Please provide business contact details, not personal consumer accounts.
Communications. If we email or otherwise correspond with you, we keep those communications as part of the inquiry or relationship.
Technical data. Like most websites, we may collect IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and similar log data. If we use cookies or analytics, they help us operate and understand the Site. See Cookies below.
We do not collect player account data, wagering activity, payment card data, or KYC documents through this Site. Predigy is not the house. Licensed operators handle patrons, funds, and compliance for any real-money use of Predigy technology.
How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to demo, contact, and VIP-apply inquiries and follow up with operators and industry visitors;
- Evaluate interest in Predigy technology among licensed or license-seeking operators;
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
- Protect the security and integrity of the Site; and
- Comply with law and respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use advertising networks that sell visitor data. We do not use Site form data to market consumer gambling products to players.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the Site and our business:
- Service providers who host the Site, send email, or provide analytics, under contract and only to perform services for us;
- Legal process if we are required to disclose information by law, regulation, or valid legal request, or to protect Predigy, our users, or the public; and
- Corporate transactions such as a merger, financing, or sale of assets, in which information related to the Site may be transferred as part of the business.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention
We keep inquiry and relationship information as long as needed to follow up, maintain a business relationship, and meet legal requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or de-identify it. Technical logs are kept for a shorter operational period unless a security or legal issue requires longer retention.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please use a work email you control and do not send sensitive player, payment, or KYC data through Site forms.
Cookies
The Site may use functional cookies needed to operate (for example, to remember a local showroom lock on your device) and optional analytics cookies to understand how the Site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Blocking some cookies may affect Site features. We do not use cookies to sell your data to advertising networks.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages or by writing to contact@predigy.com. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@predigy.com. We may need to verify your request and may retain information when the law requires it.
VIP showroom access, if offered, is a local lock on briefing material. It is not a hosted user account. Clearing cookies or local site data on your device may reset that lock.
California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, request correction of inaccurate information, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To exercise these rights, email contact@predigy.com or write to the address below. We will not require you to create an account. We may verify your request using the business contact information you provided.
